"Timontilli" ("Timo's Dill") is our wonderful Dill twist on a classic table Akvavit. Clean, lingering and without any fuss, this Finno-Australian Dill Vodka is ready for all uses!

Enjoyed as a classic table spirit simply chilled and served neat alongside a meal; or as a wonderful cocktail infusion in recipes like Pickle Margaritas, Bloody Marys and Dirty Martinis.

This Vodka is minimum 4 times distilled; from initial soaking and infusion, to then being redistilled multiple times with Vapor Infusion. Much care and attention is given at all stages resulting in a wonderfully clean Vodka without the bite but a wonderful and lingering Dill flavour without being overpowering - perfectly balanced for all uses.

While fantastic on an Aussie spring-summer day, Timontilli can be enjoyed year round whether with seafood on a hot day or as a post Sauna treat with friends in our lovely winters - or yes in a cocktail for a movie night in!

We source as much Dill as we can from our distillery botanical garden, distilled and hand picked with love!
