About Beech Mountain Distillery

 

A small, family run business nestled in the trees and rolling hills, Beech Mountain Distillery is Lower Beechmont’s own Micro-distillery.

We strive to produce unique, world-class spirits using locally sourced ingredients, straight from our Beechmont Community where possible.

Our focus is on bespoke, small batch spirits with distinctive native botanicals. Our batches are limited and to secure yourself some of our fabulous Gin, you'll need to come straight through us- direct from the Distillery, from our website, from one of our local stores or you can hire us and our Gin Wagon for your curated event!

 

 

Our Values

Beech Mountain Distillery has a major focus on community, environment and our home planet. We aim to produce our spirits with zero negative impact on the local environment, with a particular focus at our Distillery on solar power and water recycling. This is why we source from and support our local community as much as we can, and encourage you to come by and support our local cafes and roadside stalls too.. better yet, stay over in one of Beechmont's amazing Air BnB's!

Our distillery will remain small and fit with the aesthetic of the Lower Beechmont village, where you can stop by (with an appointment) to take a look or purchase a bottle of our Gin straight from us! Beechmont is known to be a beautiful spot for a drive through the hills, so why not take yourself out for the day and stop by and grab yourself a bottle of Gin!
