Poitín (Or Potcheen) is a traditional Irish style of Moonshine made on small pot stills. The name comes from the Gaelic "Pota" - A way of saying small pot still; exactly what we have here at Beech Mountain Distillery. This is our take on the traditional, ancient and internationally underappreciated Irish Moonshine.

Made proudly from Australian Wheat and distilled with lashings of Irish Stout & Toffee for a uniquely textured and delicious homage to the Irish Moonshiners. 

Best enjoyed as it has been for hundreds of years; neat and with friends - However is also enjoyable on the rocks or alongside a sweet mixer.
