One of our sweetest varieties, it’s refreshing Grapefruit notes are paired with a little star anise, great as a refreshing Gin & tonic or fantastic in a Negroni.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Pink grapefruit is a one of our sweeter varieties and is fantastic as a long drink with tonic and a wedge of pink grapefruit.. or a classic Negroni
1. In a mixing glass combine 30ml BMD Pink grapefruit gin, 30ml sweet Vermouth (can be substituted for Lilet Blanco), 30ml Campari (or Amaro of your choice)
2. Stir over ice until cold and strain into a chilled glass garnish with a round of pink grapefruit.
3. *optional* pour over ice and top with soda for a refreshing long drink.
