Bursting with bright, zesty flavour, we can only produce this variety when the weather is warm. Large, refreshingly defined flavours of Lemon Myrtle makes for a fantastic sip for a lazy sunny afternoon
Because we source fresh, native botanicals- some of our Gin is only available seasonally and may have slight variations in taste from season to season. Lemon Myrtle is our flagship gin and sells out fast.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Enjoy neat, over ice or as a refreshing long drink with tonic or soda.

1. In a cocktail shaker combine 30ml BMD lemon myrtle gin, 30ml lemon juice, 30ml egg white (can be substituted for aquafaba) and 15ml simple syrup.
2. Dry shake (without ice) thoroughly.
3. Once you have exhausted yourself and are losing all enthusiasm for this drink, add ice to the shaker and DO IT AGAIN...
4. Strain into a coupe glass and delicately top with around 10ml of soda.
