Our new and improved Mk2 Lemon Aspen relaunched

Distilled with whole native Lemon Aspen fruit endemic to our region- this Gondwana Spirit showcases the delicate and wonderful flavour of Lemon Aspen. Lemony and herbaceous with a clove-like character and a mildly sweet background reminiscent of eucalypt and honey- with a grapefruit like tartness. An incredibly unique fruit meets our fine distillation process to create an even more unique and rare tipple.

Best enjoyed with Soda or on the rocks, also makes an awesome native twist replacement in Agave spirit based cocktails.
