Bold, dry and zesty, for those who like a little less sweetness with their citrus but still want plenty of distinctive flavour.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Kaffir Lime is fantastic as a long drink with tonic or soda. If you're feeling adventures, try Putting the Lime in the Coconut and Shaking it all up!
1. Blend a tin of coconut cream with ice to produce a "slushy" texture.
2. Pour into glasses.
3. Add 10ml simple syrup or substitute a pinch of palm sugar.
4. Add 40ml of BMD Kaffir Lime gin and stir gently *optional* top with a little soda.
5. Sit back & enjoy!
