Butterfly Pea flowers gift this magical Gin a deep purple colour. This variety features Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, Cardamom and Tahitian Lime. It’s one of our drier, earthier varieties and makes for a fabulous (and very pretty) Martini.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Fantastic as a traditional Dry Martini, or a long GnT with a slice of fresh lime. Adding any kind of acid, for example citrus or tonic water will make the gin change to a light lavender colour!
