Using whole fresh Australian "Red Limes", these native limes are a cross between Finger Lime and Rangpur limes. A highly aromatic and unique flavour, the distillation process extracts the herbaceous quality of the limes and mixes it subtly with its distinctive citrus taste. Classical Gin botanicals provide a soft palette to let the flavour of the limes shine through. Post infusion of Limes imparts a vividly deep orange colour.
